RHAC

Making a difference through the arts

RHAC is a multifaceted developmental NGO located in the heart of Daveyton, in the Ekurhuleni Metro. It was established in August 2005 as a local custodian of the Ekurhuleni Metro “BATHO PELE” principles and to provide oversight of the Rhoo Hlatshwayo Arts Centre activities. For almost 20 years, RHAC has been a home and beacon of hope to approximately 2000 youth beneficiaries each year. The organization is a community vehicle that initiates change through: increasing opportunities for post-school skills training; empowering and providing a career and vocational guidance platform for the youth; facilitating arts programmes for children; and connecting multiple local stakeholders to uplift young people and the community.
